G4U - a special store that's more than speciality items...

Good For You Natural Market is a locally owned and operated natural foods market, conveniently located near Lewes and Rehoboth Beach in Southern Delaware. We are Southern Delaware's Greenest Grocer and the largest selection of organic and natural groceries in the Delaware beach area. We are the only grocery store in Delaware to have discontinued the use of plastic grocery bags and are providing 40% of our electricity needs from solar panels. Our new wind turbine (windmill) will soon be installed in partnership with The Alternative Energy Showroom by Flexera, allowing us to further our bid for energy independence. Another first for G4U.

Please note we are in the process of redesigning our web site to add more content, online expanded ordering, delivery and shipping. In the meantime we have had to de-activate our limited online ordering and are not currently taking orders through the web site. Please call, or stop by the store if you need help sourcing a particular product.
